GK Software provides –inter alia- its omniPOS solution on a SaaS basis.

Respective Licence Agreements are to be concluded individually by making use of the contact opportunity as set out on this platform.

Chargeable fees (“fees”) are dependent on individual agreements, e.g. on a per device basis, per calendar month.

SaaS licence grant (standard software only) usually incorporates costs for ongoing grant of SaaS software as well as ongoing maintenance / support for standard software during period of licence grant as well as the running of the software centrally.

Fees include the provision of new releases and associated feature/functions as further described within individual agreements with the customer with regard to the standard software surrendered, unless specified as a new module.

The proper use of standard software offered by GK Software may in individual cases require supplementary assignment of individual software developments for an individual customer (not covered by standard software fees).

Setup costs, such as installation, configuration or supplementary consulting efforts by GK Software such as integration and end user training are subject to possible, supplementary assignments of GK Software by customer.
