Citizen was established in 1918 in Japan and went on to be known as “Citizen” in 1930 when the company began producing its timepieces. It has 40 offices located globally. It is a market leader in printing devices and offers an extensive range of printers that include label printers for industrial environments, compact desktop, and portable POS units for retail & hospitality. Citizen has four major product lines, namely, watches, machine tools, devices & components, and electronic products. GK and Citizen collaborate in hardware testing and certification of hardware.
